Condition: The puzzle is complete & in very good condition. The box has some rubbing & creasing on the corners & has been sealed with sellotape, but is otherwise in very good condition.

Postage costs are provided for each listing- there is usually a choice between 1st class, 2nd class & recorded delivery. However, if you require another service, just email & we will be happy to help if we can. We make a very small charge for packing materials to ensure your jigsaws arrive safely.
We try to post out items as quickly as possible after payment has been received. Parcels are usually collected around 11am each morning. We post items every day except sundays 7 Bank Holidays. We always email to let you know that your item has been posted so you have some idea when it will be arriving.
We do post worldwide, but please email to get the exact cost of postage to your country.

All of our used jigsaws are checked for completeness & inspected for condition before they are listed in the shop, so buy with confidence! We ourselves know how disappointing it is to have an incomplete puzzle, which is why we spend hours making sure we only sell top quality complete jigsaws! Furthermore, if you are not 100% happy with your item, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price!
