Payment Policy
After winning an item please use the eBay checkout system as this will update our system with your address and payment details. We only accept the following methods of payment:
- Paypal
- Payment on Collection
Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after 7 days and a none-payer report filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
We do not accept payment in any currency other than UK pounds Sterling.
Shipping Policy
We do ship all over the world unless stated in the main text of the auction. If an item is below 2kg then it will usually be sent by Royal Mail. Anything over 2kg will be sent by Parcel Force and tracking provided. Please remember that posting an item is not only expensive it can also be time consuming and the shipping fee may reflect this.
We will do our best to make sure the item is sent out within 24 hours of you paying for your item. If you choose a none-insured method for your postage then you agree that we are not responsible should your item not arrive or arrive broken. Insurance and tracking cost extra and unless stated will not be included in the basic shipping fee.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will do all we can to try and solve the problem.
Refunds will be given for items not as described, including faulty items, on return of the item. We are unable to accept an exchange or a return for a refund, any item which has had it's sealed packaging opened. This does not apply to faulty items.If you wish to exchange for some reason please do not open the packaging but contact us first.
All items must be returned carriage paid. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
