This item is actually two separate units, two UHF connectors on each. There is the SP15M for power measurement/SWR 1.8MHz to 150MHz, 200W rating, and the AC-38M Matching Network ( not automatic) from 3.5MHz to 30MHz. (i.e. 3.5,7,10-14,18-21 and 24-28 MHz bands). The units are mounted together but can be separated easily. Condition is almost unmarked; I can't see any marks, but put the almost in in case you can! Not checked recently, but was working fine when last used. Ranges 2.5W, 20W, 200W. I wouldn't expect extreme accuracy, but good enough for most purposes. No manual or box, but will be well packed.
