If you look closely at the photo of this greetings card you will see some surface texture - this is due to my scanner being particularly good and these marks are not as exaggerated in real life. This goes for any uneveness in the colouring too.

I always pack my items securely and always get a certificate of posting but once the parcel has been handed over to the Post Office then I have done all I can to ensure safe delivery and the rest is down to the postal service. I will assist in a claim (by provding the certificate of posting) but the claim must be made by the recipient not the sender.
