MEASURING 11.5" X 18" THIS WINDOW FLAG IS MADE OF POLYESTER AND CAN BE USED EITHER INDOORS OR OUTSIDE.  EACH SECTION OF THE DESIGN IS INDIVIDUALLY STITCHED AND IS VIEWABLE FROM BOTH SIDES.  THERE IS ADDED ACCENTS OF LASER PVC WHICH IS THE RED PART ON THE HEAD OF THE HUMMINGBIRD.
