At Hiccup we specialise in supplying high quality gifts and collectibles to customers World-wide. We only sell goods which we truly believe in and would be happy to receive ourselves as customers. 

We are a genuine VAT registered company in the UK and have been a registered Limited company since 2005. Hiccup Gifts complies with all appropriate UK consumer protection legislation including the Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and the Trade Descriptions Act.

We sell only items which are currently in stock and are ready to be dispatched immediately.

Payment

We accept payment by Paypal, personal cheque, postal order, BACS or credit / debit card. 

Payment by credit / debit card can be taken over the phone Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GMT on 0845 3731430 * through our secure Barclaycard Merchant Service.

Please make all cheques / postal orders payable to Hiccup Ltd.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, Monday - Friday.

Shipping

Once payment has cleared, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Please note where Special Next Day delivery is required, payment needs to be received before 3pm Monday - Friday.
All Special Next Day Delivery Items ordered on Friday will be delivered Monday. 

Royal Mail First Class Mail - aims to deliver between 1-3 days depending on location.

All International Orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail which can take upto 14 working days depending upon location.

We are more than willing to combine P&P/Shipping costs for multiple purchases bought on the same day. When you have purchased your items from our store, please wait for us to email you a combined invoice before paying (we aim to do this within 12hours). All items are weighed and P&P is charged at cost including cost of packaging. We do not even charge for handling!
If you pay through Paypal before receiving this combined invoice you may end up paying too much!

Returns

If for whatever reason you are disatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) at your cost within 7 days, and we will refund your initial outlay excluding postage costs.

If you receive your item(s) and it is faulty or broken, please return the item(s) within 7 days and we will refund your initial outlay PLUS the postage costs for returning the item. Or we will send out a replacement depending upon your preference and availablity of goods.

Please note, until we receive goods back, they are your responsibility so we recommend you send items back via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
