I normally send one within 24 hours and despatch within 24 hours of payment although I cannot guarantee this. I will automatically combine items but please bear in mind that it often works out cheaper to send separately with Royal Mail ( 2kg weight limit) as anything over this weight has to go with Parcelforce - there is quite a steep price increase between the two services. GREAT BRITAIN - parcels are sent with Royal Mail 1st class recorded and have a compensation limit of £32.00.Should you require more compensation, please ask for Special Delivery which can provide up to £2,500. Larger items are sent with Parcelforce. OVERSEAS - parcels under 2 kg are sent with Royal Mail airmail and have a compensation limit of £32.00. If the item is over that value please choose Airsure or International Signed For ( these options will be shown on the Ebay invoice ) which provide tracking and a higher level of compensation. If you are paying by Paypal and the item is over £50 then it is necessary to take these options as Paypal require a tracking number if you wish to make a claim. Parcels over 2kg are sent with Parcelforce which provide a tracking number and compensation for loss only although I can arrange insurance against breakage. I always help as much as I can with any claim. We pack well and have a good track record with safe delivery of the most fragile items.
