We have large stocks and a wide range of chair covers to hire including: white and ivory round top banquet chair covers.   white and ivory square top banquet chair covers (to fit round and square top chairs).   luxury ivory square top banquet chair covers (to fit round and square top chairs).   white and ivory flat top folding chair covers and white and ivory round top folding chair covers (for chairs usually found in community centres and church halls).   There is a wide range of beautiful coloured organza sashes for you to choose from.  The price to hire each chair cover, including organza sash in your choice of colour, is £1.98.  The covers are available to hire for weddings, birthdays, christenings, dinner dances, corporate events or any special occasion.  It may be that the existing chair pads do not match your chosen colour scheme, or perhaps they are not very attractive.  Our chair covers solve the problem and look really elegant and special.

The organza sashes are also a nice touch and compliment your colour scheme.  We have a large selection of sash colours to choose from, and if we do not have the colour you want in stock, we will try to get it for you.  This is just a small selection of the organza sash colours that we have available: Chocolate Brown (mid and dark), Black, Fuschia (Hot Pink), Gold, Light Pink, Burgundy, Lilac, Silver, Purple, Willow Green, Aqua, White, Turquoise, Dusky Pink, Light Blue, Ivory, Dark Green, Mauve, Pillar Box Red, Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Copper Orange, Platinum, Wedgewood (Periwinkle) Blue, Pale Green and Champagne.  We also hire satin sashes in a similar colour range. If you are within a certain radius of our 2 bases in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire or Bolton, Lancashire, we can arrange to deliver the covers and sashes, and setup at the venue for you. The covers will then be collected the next working day.  If you are outside these areas, we can arrange for courier delivery a few days in advance, and courier collection the next working day.  This will incur a courier delivery and collection charge which varies according to the number of chair covers required. The information we need from you is the date of your event, the type, colour and number of chair covers you require, the type (organza or satin) and colour(s) of sash required, and the postcode location of the event.  Also if the service is available in your area, tell us if you would want us to set up your venue. If you are happy and want to go ahead with the booking, we will hold the date for you, while we post samples out to you.  We will send you a few styles of chair covers that we think will be most suitable for your venue chairs, for you to try out at the venue.  If we have previously serviced your chosen venue we will already know the chair cover that is most suitable.  We will also send you an organza and/or satin sash in the colour(s) of your choice, for your approval.  You then need to send the samples back to us as soon as possible, clearly indicating your choice of chair cover and sash(es).  When you have approved the samples, we ask you to pay 50% of the total cost to secure and confirm the booking, to do this we will create a buy it now listing for you, the balance is then due one month before your event date. In addition to the basic price of £1.98 per chair cover and sash, we also ask you to pay a refundable deposit of £50, in case of any permanent damage (rips or tears) to the covers.  This will be included in our quotation and the £50 deposit will be returned to you immediately after we arrange collection of the covers, and the stock has been checked. If you have any problems and are not completely happy with the items hired or purchased, we will gladly refund you accordingly.
