The wig is an average cap size with adjustable bands to fit average to large head sizes.  

Kanekalon fiber is one of the highest quality synthetic wig materials in the industry. It is extra durable for repeated use than most other synthetic fibers and is popular for its smooth and silky texture. However, please understand that some fuzzy ends are inevitable as a result of certain complicated styling process and should not be regarded as defects.

Please note that colors display in the picture may be slightly different from the wig because of lighting effect in photo-taking.

The wig pictured in the listing has been styled with a wig comb and a quick mist of water. Wig conditions can be maintained during shipping and easily restyled using water.

Wearing & Caring for your wig

If you have long hair, fasten hair into a bun on top of your head. Pin up loose strands of hair around your forehead and ears.

Cover head with the fish net wig liner and secure wig from the front to the back of your head, in very much the same way as wearing a cap. Adjust straps on the wig cap to ensure a tight fit.

If the wig does not look like the listing picture when worn, check that the wig is worn correctly and styled appropriately in front of the mirror after wearing. Take care NOT TO comb long wigs from the top to the end in one stroke. Always comb wig in parts along its length. Do not use excessive force during combing to prevent hair loss.

Do not use plastic combs for wigs as it will cause build-up of static charges. Please use the special wig comb that comes with the wig package.

Most wigs can be washed with cold or lukewarm water. Avoid contact with hot objects.

Store wigs in the fish net wig liner and plastic bag provided when not in use.

Payment

Payment must be received within 7 days from the sale of items. Kindly inform us in case of foreseeable delays in payment. Otherwise, non-paying bidders would be reported to Ebay.

We accept PayPal and will ship to buyer's registered address on paypal.

Please take note of the time required for clearing of payment for Paypal echeck/bank transfer/money order as we will only ship the wig/ start work on custom-made costume after full clearing of payment.

Wigs and costumes are shipped in boxes to maintain styling in good condition.

Our shipping fees include postage materials & handling fees, as well as secured international express shipping with online delivery tracking service.

We require buyer's confirmation of day-time phone number as a shipping policy.

Please rest assured that your contact number would only be used for filling up the international shipping form. We will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by buyer's failure to provide a day-time phone number contactable by the shipping company.

Processing time

Custom-styled wigs: Most of our listed wigs are ready stock which can be shipped immediately. Please note that certain wigs are made-to-order and require longer processing time

Custom-made costumes:  7 working days to be completed after clearing of payment.

Shipping time

It will generally take3-5 working days for international express shipping.

Please understand that the amount of processing time required for the items to be in your hands are only approximate as we are experiencing peak international ordering seasons from time to time. Buyers who need the items urgently are advised to contact us promptly for alternative arrangements.

Terms of Sale

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide prompt and accurate measurements for custom-made items. We would not be responsible for non-fitting costumes/wigs due to buyer's negligence to provide accurate measurements.

It is also the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that someone is available at your address during delivery of the item. Please note that the item would be returned to us by the courier after several unsuccessful deliveries. Buyers would need to top up the shipping fees for re-delivery in cases where we have provided the correct shipping address but no one is available to take delivery of the item at the address given after several attempts.

Online tracking number

We are proud to offer online tracking request service to customers at no extra cost. To maximize efficiency for this value-added service, please request for online tracking number no earlier than one week after clearing of payment for wigs and two weeks after clearing of payment for custom-made costumes.

Please note that it is common industry practice to accept online tracking information as evidence of delivery and we would not be responsible for buyer's non-receipt of items when there is online proof of delivery to the stated address.

Return policy

We offer refund or exchange/ costume alteration for defective items/missing items/ items significantly different from listing description. Buyers should contact us within one week of delivery of items and email us photos to support the claims.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items for other reasons, please note that a 20% restocking fee would be charged and only the listing price excluding shipping fees would be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items at their own expense through registered mails with online delivery tracking number.
