FAQ's

Q1. My ghd is in very bad condition is it still worth £20?

A1. Most ghd's have some value in spare parts and if all of the ghd is not recyclable then some parts still have a value. We will contact you if we feel that your ghd has no value but this would be very rare and thus being the case we would simply return them to you so you would not lose out. We would reserve the right to return ghd's that had previously been tampered with, severely damaged or parts removed.

Q2. Will I have to pay any postage cost?

A2. No. We post you a freepost returns envelope which you simply had in at the post office. We recommend you get a proof of postage just in the unlikely case that the envelope goes astray. You may wish to get a recorded delivery at the customers discretion. 

Q3. Can I pay by any other method than paypal?

A3. Yes. Simply click buy it now & post us your payment along with your ebay user name and item number, we except cash, cheque or postal order. We can supply who to make payment to after you order.

Q4. I have another brand of straightener, is this offer open to any other brand than ghd?

A4. This offer is for ghd irons only however if you would like to contact us we may have other offers for other brands so why not ask us a question?

Q5. I suspect my ghd might be counterfeit (fake) can I return it for recycling?

A5. No, GH Repairs does not deal in counterfeit goods, please do not send in fake irons, trade in fake items is illegal and they do not have any value. We are happy to receive any genuine straighteners including; the professional MK3, MK3.1, MK3.1b, MK2, MK4 (IV), mini styler and salon wide stylers in all colours.
