2. Post your iPod to our Repair Department
3. We will email you with the fault and the total cost to repair the same day as we receive it.
4. If you want to go ahead with the repair we will set up a bespoke eBay auction for you to pay for it.
5. If you don't want to go ahead we will post it back. No delays as you have already paid for the return P&P.
6. Our repair prices will include VAT and a 3 month warranty
