WAXTAT ENGINE THERMOSTAT AND GASKET FORD MK1 UNUSED

As I value your custom and goodwill, please read below before bidding - time consuming, I know, but important, nevertheless:

Shipping: All items will be sent 2^nd Class and I always obtain a certificate of postage and a receipt. Postage price includes packaging, etc.

Refunds: Return postage costs are your responsibility and I will only offer a refund if the item is genuinely and significantly not as described, and returned well packaged in the condition I sent it, within 7 days of receipt .

In the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or is lost in transit by Royal Mail, email me with details and, in the case of damage, a photograph of the packaging which RM need as proof. I will then make a claim on our behalf against the Royal Mail. Alternatively, I can forward a copy of the proof of posting and you can handle your own claim. Please note: RM state they cannot accept a loss claim unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was posted and it can take them up to 30 days to reply to any sort of claim so, please be patient for refunds due to the above.

I do not accept returns except under the above conditions. If you simply decide you do not like the item, you could always re-sell it on ebay. I have done this on occasions myself and judged it my fault, not the seller who sold to me in good faith.
