• Payments must be received within 5 days of auction.

• A tax invoice will be emailed to you upon request.  

• Our items are usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment is made however it may take longer during busy periods in the warehouse.

• We ship through nation wide courier services. Please no PO Boxes.
• Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 working days)

• We would also like to advise that eBay sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the courier, excluding weekends, holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak hours.
• Items are covered with optional transit insurance against transit loss, please select at Checkout. We strongly encourage you to select transit insurance. Claims without transit insurance will most likely not be processed.
• Pick-ups are not possible under any circumstances.

• Any bid constitutes an agreement that the bidder will adhere to all terms and conditions as set out on this page by First Gifts For gifts. Furthermore, the winning bidder enters into a legally binding contract with the seller, whereupon the winning bidder is obliged to tender payment to the seller in accordance with the seller's terms and conditions.
• All item prices include VAT. VAT is separated in the invoice you receive at the checkout for your convenience.

• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.

• If the item does not correspond with the description, or is dead on arrival, we are happy to refund you in accordance with the Trade Practices Act 1974. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a serious issue with your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacement items in most cases.
• The buyer must return the item as soon as practicably possible. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number provided by us. Please place the RA number on two sides of the carton being returned. We are unable to track returns without an RA number. In most cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
