In ALL cases of returns you must email us for a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) stating clearly the item description and reason for the return. We will then respond with the RAN number which you should clearly mark on the reverse of the package prior to sending back to us.
Any item returned without a RAN number will not be accepted.

**FAULTY GOODS**
In the unlikely event of an item being damaged or faulty in any way we will issue a full refund (including your return costs) on receipt of the item back into our stores.

If we find that the item has been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on return postage costs.

**CANCELLATION**
If you wish to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind, or wish to cancel the contract, a refund of purchase price and initial postage will be paid on receipt of the item.  It must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility. Such returns should be made within 7 working days of receipt.

**ALL RETURNS** 
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
