When the shipping charges are 10GPB or more  insurance is free.

Because of the new EBAY feedback program and of the important number of uninsured stolen / lost packs in some countries, insurance is now required for all  other purchases; IT WILL COST 4GBP whatever the amount of your purchase(s) (From 0.99GBP to 9999GBP).

You can't combine shipping for items bought in different currency, EBAY and PAYPAL don't allow that, the French items are for the French market, if you buy them the shipping charges will be more expensive and you must pay them separately,  you will receive them in a separate pack, Thanks for your understanding.

Because of my automatic software and of the PAYPAL program, the shipping address will be the PAYPAL address (and not the EBAY address), it is impossible to ship your pack at another address, thanks to check your PAYPAL address before your payment.

Restrictions:

Return policy details :

 Returns by registered packs accepted for a full refund within 7 days after the item has been delivered.  Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, the fountain-pens must be uninked unless any item is faulty. You must include the EBAY item number. All postages and packing charges must be paid by the buyer unless any item is faulty or misdescribed. If buyers are not satisfied, please contact us before leaving bad feedback and we will try to sort it out.
