CARING FOR YOUR SOFA: You've made an excellent investment which you need to protect and look after. For this reason we have produced the following care guide.
On Delivery:
Make sure that the room is ready and access is clear for our delivery teams
If you have wooden floors, protect them from the feet of your new furniture
Once you have accepted the furniture and the packaging has been removed, take a few minutes to inspect it. Make sure you are completely satisfied before the delivery team leaves your premises
Once the tight protective wrapping is removed, the cushions may appear flatter than expected and the fabric creased. Creases will come out over time and cushions can be plumped up.
Regular Maintenance:
Plump cushions daily. Over time some fillings, including fibre, will lose up to 20% of their original volume through normal wear and tear. Daily plumping will help make them last longer
Use the upholstery or drape attachment to vacuum your furniture weekly and reduce the abrasive effect of dust and crumbs
If you spill something, blot up the excess immediately. Do not use detergents or rub as you could cause permanent damage
Making It Last:
Do not have your furniture too close to direct heat or air conditioning. It can cause joints to dry out and squeaks and creaks to develop
Remember light affects colour so over exposure to sunlight will cause your furniture to fade
Don't pull loose threads. Trim them off neatly with sharp scissors

We will give you a 2 hour delivery window plus a call when the driver is half an hour away (Please note we only deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Our polite and professional 2 man delivery team will then unpack and assemble your furniture (where necessary) in any room and remove all packaging at no extra charge.
Note: This does not apply to sofa or four poster bed orders. They will still be delivered to any room of your choosing but will not be unpacked or assembled.
DELIVERY NOTES: We deliver anywhere in mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the following postcodes KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, KY, DD, IM and BFPO addresses.
Delivery can be arranged to some of these locations, such as IV and PA, however there is usually a surcharge for this service of between £45 and £60. Please call us on 0870 850 8471 to get a quote.
If you are not in when our carrier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card and your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact the number on the card to rearrange delivery. Note: there is a £45 re-delivery fee that must be paid prior to your order being sent out again.
You must also check there is suitable access to your delivery address and that we can get the item/s of furniture into its intended room. Any refunds due to access and/or size issues will have the delivery charges deducted.
Note: We use specialist furniture carriers to deliver all our furniture to ensure your order is handled appropriately. However this means it is not possible to request a specific date or time for your delivery. For example only being able to accept delivery on Friday's or after 4pm may not be possible. If you have any concerns or queries about delivery do not hesitate to contact us on 0870 850 8471 or email us at ebay@furniturechoice.co.uk.
Note: It may also be necessary for you to accept the first delivery date offered if we are to meet specific delivery deadlines i.e. Christmas.
