Please either make contact or complete checkout details within three days. Items should be paid for within 3 days. Payment by PAYPAL is preferred. Failure to pay or communicate will result in non paying status lodged with Ebay, who may suspend your account.

POST AND PACKING
We aim to provide a top quality P&P service, all items will be well packed and labled.
We post /dispatch items 6 days a week so most items are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment to a confirmed paypal address.
All bidders/buyers agree to post and packing charges as listed.
We aim to keep postage & packing fair but please remember that postage & packing charges include: Royal Mail (or other carrier) postal charge, packaging materials etc.
If you are unhappy with the postage & packing fee please do NOT bid or buy. We obtain proof of purchase on all shipments and use signed for post for most items.
NON - UK BUYERS: Please check with the custom control agency of your country regarding any intended purchase. We will not be responsible for any Taxes,Duties,Fees, Impounding or confiscation of any item by law enforcement officials.
We do NOT ship perfumes to ITALY or GERMANY. We do NOT SHIP TO NIGERIA.
Self collection (Only if postal option in listing): Please arrange collection (or contact us) within seven days of purchase / end of auction.
If after seven days of non-collection / non-contact we shall refund purchase amount minus 20% Administration fee.

RETURN POLICY
Please contact us within 7 days to obtain return authorisation stating item no. ,description, user ID, reason for return request.
A refund will only be given after we have received the item in original condition & packing. NO or partial refund will be given if the goods/packaging has been damaged (including damage caused by return postage).We obtain the right to specify return courier including self-collection by ourselves.
WRONG /BROKEN ITEM
If We have shipped you a wrong or broken item We will gladly replace it and refund you the return postage fee. Please remember to contact us before returning any item. We will not accept any return packaging fee.
NEW GOODS
You may return any sold as "NEW" for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods must be returned in the original packaging in a sealed condition. Unfortunately we do NOT refund postage.
SOLD AS SEEN / FAULTY / UNTESTED
No refund will be given.Please read listing carefully. All faults / results of tests will be in the listing details.
LOST IN THE POST
We use Registered/Signed-For/Tracked post for most items. If an item is lost or damaged by the postal carrier please contact us a soon as possible. We must wait 3 weeks before Royal Mail will accept a claim for a lost item (Even if the item was sent 1st class/next day) We will refund the buyer the full purchase amount following a investigation by the Royal Mail (or other carrier). This investigation will require a response from the Buyer. Only valid claims will be refunded.
RECYCLING / DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL GOODS
Any electrical item purchased from us may be returned (at your cost) for Recycling.
