Featuring Bugs Bunny Throughout The Ages,1943 - 1996.
As
with all my current Warner Bros listings.This picture was bought 4
years ago when Warner Bros closed down in the UK.These pictures are no
longer produced and have now become collectors items.
All pictures were taken to an auction house in Glasgow where they were individually valuated.
Drag Strip cost me £1250.00 when bought and has been valued at £1450.00 - £1650.00 and will increase in value every 3-5 years.The Cel is still in it's original frame and measures 40 inches in length and 20 inches in height.The Certificate Of Authenticity is on the back of the frame itself.

Chuck Jones has said..."Bugs Bunny is a Comic Hero.He emerges into the battle zone as a sort of cross between Groucho Marx,Dorothy Parker,James Bond and Errol Flynn.He is the most enthusiastic of participants:saucy,impudent and very quick with words in the circumstances that would confound most of us."
Throughout Bugs Bunny's career,Chuck Jones has directed him in classic cross-dressing roles,including those included here:Super Rabbit 1943,Long-Haired Hare 1949,Mississippi Hare 1949,The Rabbit Of Seville 1950,Rabbit Seasoning 1952,What's Opera,Doc 1957,From Hare To Eternity 1996.
The images for this Cel were carefully transferred from original drawings of individual frames from each film.The Serigraphers created twenty-one separate screens,one for each individual color,from which the edition was printed on acetate sheets.By using this meticulous Serigraph process,the handcrafted quality of an Original Cel was achieved.
This limited edition is comprised of 3,500 Serigraph Cels.As is the custom with fine art printmaking,the silkscreens used to create the editio were destroyed when the edition was completed.Each of these Serigraph Cels bears the distinctive and unique Holographic Seal of Linda Jones Enterprises,Inc.
This Bugs Bunny Serigraph Cel is fragile.It should always be framed under acrylic or glass and displayed out of direct sunlight.
