Please note that I rate all my items for condition from 1 – 10; where 1 is near unreadable rubbish and 10 is near mint.  As such most used items I will sell are between 3 and 8.  New items will be 9 or 10, 9 shows signs of shelf wear.

If you do not agree with any element of this listing, please do not bid/buy assuming that you will address the issue should you win. Please do not ignore this warning as I will be very intolerant of those who buy the item and expect to bully me into submission.

If, on receipt, for any reason you are unhappy with the item, then please contact us first, before leaving negative feedback. We will do our level best to resolve any discrepancies. But if you are still unhappy with any of the items we are prepared to give a full refund on receipt of the returned item(s).

Proof of postage will be retained in all cases.

Postage and packaging costs are not purely the cost of postage (ie the amount that will be shown on the package). These costs include the actual cost of postage, insurance where applicable, cost of suitable packaging materials and any other costs incurred. Please note that these costs are not negotiable.

Free standard postage is offered on all shop items under the value of £30 when using the Buy-It-Now option, but does not apply to 'Best Offers' accepted on the item . All items over £30 will still be eligible for free postage, but must be insured and this cost must be paid by the buyer. This applies to UK domestic mainland only. Overseas buyers contact me to before bidding/buying to determine postal costs.

Feedback – please be aware that with the new feed back system it is all too easy to unintentionally have a detrimental impact on the sellers account due to the buyer’s inability to remain objective. Please think very carefully about the feedback scores that you leave.

Domestic handling – please note that due to other commitments, items will only be posted on the Saturday following receipt of payment.
