Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from the 1940s  - 15th edition.  Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps. 

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Penzance, Newlyn, St Ives, Lands End, Scilly Isles and West Cornwall.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Excellent.  All the maps are complete and undamaged.

Covers : Very good.  Less than average wear.  A little bumping to the corners. Faint superficial mark on rear cover.

Spine :  Very good. Normal wear. No damage.

Binding :  Excellent.

Pages : Very good.  Light wear.   Slight discolouration at edges.
