Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from about 1950 - 2nd edition. Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps. 

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Northern Scotland, from Inverness to John O'Groats, including Strathpeffer, Ullpaool and the Northern coast.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Excellent.  All the maps are complete and undamaged.

Covers : Very good.  Normal wear.  Slight bumping to edges. No damage or markings.

Spine : Very good.  Normal wear.  No damage or markings.

Binding : Very good.

Pages : Excellent.  Very little wear or discolouration.
