Area covered : Lyme Regis and the Dorset and Devon Borderland, including Charmouth, Bridport, West Bay, Axminster, Seaton, Sidmouth etc.

Overall condition : Very good, apart from old water damage to covers.

Maps : Excellent.  All the fold-out maps appear to be present and undamaged.

Covers : The covers have suffered some old water damage - see scan.

Spine : Very good.  Normal wear.  Rather faded.  No marks or damage.

Binding : Excellent.

Pages : Very good. Normal wear.  Slight discolouration at edges.
