Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from the 1950s - 58th edition.  Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps. 

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : London and its environs.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Excellent.  All the fold-out maps appear to be complete and undamaged.  A couple of these show all the old railways - fascinating.

Covers :  Very good. Normal wear.  Slight superficial crease to rear cover. No markings.

Spine : Excellent.  Very little wear.  No damage.

Binding : Excellent.

Pages : Very good. Normal wear.  Discolouration at edges.
