Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from 1950, 10th edition revised.  Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps.

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Highlands of Scotland, including Aberdeen, Inverness and Oban.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Excellent. All of the fold-out maps appear to be complete and undamaged, apart from a small tear and slight scuffing to one.

Covers : Very good.  Normal wear.  No markings or damage.

Spine : Very good. Normal wear. No damage.

Binding : Very good.  Old sellotape strip inside front cover.

Pages:  Very good.  Normal wear.  Very little discolouration.
