Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from about 1950 - new edition.

Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps. 

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Folkestone and South-East Kent, including Sandgate, Hythe, Canterbury, Dymchurch, New Romney, Littlestone-on-Sea and surrounding areas.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Very good.  All the fold-out maps are complete and undamaged, apart from one tiny edge tear.

Covers : Very good.  Very little wear, but faint superficial bubbling at top edge of front cover. No markings or damage.

Spine : Very good.  Very little wear. No damage.

Binding :  Excellent.

Pages : Very good.  Normal wear.  Very little discolouration.

Other :  Original Ward Lock price label (6/- net) inside front cover.
