Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from 1926/27 - 9th edition revised. Full of contemporary photographs, fold-out maps and advertisements.

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Exeter and South-East Devon, including Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Dawlish, Teignmouth and surrounding areas.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Excellent.  All the fold-out maps appear to be complete and undamaged.

Covers : Very good, but rather worn.  Crease to front cover.  Rubbing to edges.

Spine : Very good.  Normal wear.  Rather creased. No damage.

Binding : Very good.

Pages : Very good.  Normal wear.  Some discolouration, escpecially at edges.

Other : Small pen inscription inside front cover.
