Area covered : Dartmoor, including Bovey Tracey, Lustleigh, Ashburton, Moreton Hampstead, Chagford, Okehampton, Lydford, Tavistock, Yelverton, Princetown, Ivybridge, South Brent etc.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps :  Excellent.  All the fold-out maps are complete and undamaged.

Covers : Very good.  Normal wear.  A couple of small superficial water marks.  No damage.

Spine : Very good.  Normal wear.  No markings or damage.

Binding : Excellent.

Pages: Very good, with very little wear or discolouration.

Other : Small pen inscription inside front cover.
