Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from 1924/25 - 7th edition revised.

Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps. 

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Cork, Cobh (Queenstown), the Blackwater, Glengariff, Killarney and the South-West of Ireland.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Excellent.  All 5 fold-out maps are present and complete, with no damage.

Covers :  Very good.  Normal wear and no markings. Slight warping (possibly from getting wet in the past).

Spine : Very good.  Normal wear. Slight fading.  Small tear at foot (tiny piece missing). No other damage.

Binding :  Excellent.

Pages : Very good.  Normal wear.  Rubbing at edges.  Slight warping.

Other : Small pen inscription inside front cover.
