Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from the 1940s - 8th edition revised.

Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps. 

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Clevedon, including Weston-super-Mare, Wells, Glastonbury, Burnham, Wookey, Cheddar and surrounding areas of North-East Somerset.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : One map was omitted for security reasons under the wartime Control of Maps Order.  The others are all present and in excellent condition - complete and undamaged.

Covers : Very good.  Normal wear.  No damage.

Spine : Very good.  Slight fading.  No damage.

Binding : Excellent.

Pages :  Very good.  Normal wear.  Slight discolouration at edges.
