Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from the 1940s - 10th edition revised.

Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps. 

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Canterbury and North-East Kent, including Herne Bay, Whitstable, Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and surrounding areas.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Excellent.  All the fold-out maps are complete and undamaged.

Covers : Very good.  Normal wear.

Spine : Very good, although rather worn. Slightly scuffing at sides and at top and bottom edges.

Binding :  Excellent.

Pages : Very good.  Normal wear.  Quite a lot of discolouration.
