Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from about 1950, 3rd edition.  Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps.

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Cambridge and district, including the colleges.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : Excellent.  There is a large map of Cambridge, two district maps, and plans of the colleges.  All are complete and undamaged.

Covers : Excellent. Very little wear.  No marks or damage.  Faint bumping to corners.

Spine : Very good.  Normal wear.  Slight creasing.  No markings or damage.

Binding : Excellent.

Pages : Very good.  Normal wear. Slight discolouration at edges.

Other : Small pen inscription and remains of original Ward Lock price label inside front cover.
