Fascinating Ward Lock "Red" travel guide, dating from 1950 - 12th edition.  Full of contemporary photographs, advertisements and fold-out maps. 

These guides are increasingly becoming collectors' items. (See www.wardlockredguides.co.uk  for more information about the series.)

Area covered : Bath, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury, Bristol, Frome etc, and surrounding parts of Somerset.

Overall condition : Very good.

Maps : One of the two fold-out maps is missing.  The other one is complete and undamaged, apart from a small edge tear.

Covers :  Very good.   Normal wear.  No marking.

Spine : Very good.  Normal wear.  Slight creasing. No damage.

Binding : Very good.  Slight crack inside front cover.

Pages : Very good. Normal wear.  A little discolouration at edges.
