Direct replacement for Schaller and Gotoh tuning machines
Exclusive to Rothesay Music! Stunning replacement guitar tuner buttons, beautifuly handcrafted from solid American Walnut, a superb hardwood, similar in density to rosewood, but lighter in colour with a very even grain. These buttons feature a special metal insert which is designed specifically to fit any model of Schaller M6 tuning machines. They are also compatible with Gotoh machines. The insert ensures that the button will not split in use, as plain hardwood or plastic buttons have been known to.
The buttons closely follow the size and
profile of the classic standard Schaller button (23mm x 15.4mm) Shaft
bore is 4.25mm in diameter and 3.75mm across the flats.Also available in "mini" size - see additional listings. Please note that mini buttons are compatible with standard-size and mini-size tuning machines and vice-versa.

Please note that these buttons are also compatible with Gotoh sealed die-cast tuners, as used currently on certain models by Martin, Guild, Tacoma, Taylor, Takamine, Breedlove and many others. The Americal walnut buttons are a perfect match for owners of Adamas and other Ovation models.
Sold in a set of 6 - Please note - you are buying a set of 6 handmade replacement Walnut tuner buttons - the tuning machines are NOT included. The buttons are compatible with Schaller M6 tuning machines and Gotoh sealed die-cast tuning machines. They are NOT compatible with Grover machines. We cannot confirm compatibilty with any other machines apart from Schaller and Gotoh.
