THE DESK TOP IS A CHUNKY 15cm DEEP!! Wow....what a fantastic and beautiful vintage desk....WALNUT veneers to ALL sides with CHROME supports, fittings and fixings. This is a fantastic imposing desk which will look absolutely perfect in any mid-century modern inspired interior. We only just brought this back from Europe and I'm certain that whoever wins this is going to be completely and utterly thrilled to pieces!! No marks or labels but we think it's either German or Swiss made. The design and construction is top-quality. Chrome is thick and in fantastic condition Veneers to ALL sides so can be used as a stand-alone piece. Fantastic storage with two long flush drawers in the body of the floating desk top . The floating cabinets have a file index drawer to LH side with two normal storage drawers to RH side. The LH side flush and file index drawer are lockable - the key is present. Completely knock-down / flat-pack construction - so can be transported or shipped safely and in a cost-effective manner. In overall fabulous condition - our images give a really clear representation so please study them carefully. There is slight fading to the desk top, a chip to the underside of one drawer and a scratch to the veneer on the backside . There is nothing to disappoint. No damage, repair or restoration with original finish, we have cleaned it, that's all. We are in London weekly so delivery is normally within SEVEN days of purchase, sometimes sooner than that! For those far-flung corners of England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland & Northern Ireland we use our shipping company or an individual courier - please send us your address and we can give you an exact price. Worldwide Shipping We can offer either a DOOR TO DOOR service or to PORT/AIPORT only service. Our service is FULLY INSURED, TRANSIT-PACKED, PALLETISED & SHRINK-WRAPPED. In some cases we will recommend or stipulate crating. Please understand that shipping furniture is not going to be cheap but we will provide you with an EXACT price and highly professional service.
