WALLFLOWER SIBERIAN (CHEIRANTHUS ALLONII) 10,000 Seeds A fantastic addition to an spring garden delivering an abundance of brilliant orange fragrant flowers . Large-flowered and uniform in height and habit. RHS 'Award of Garden Merit' winner. Grow as a hardy biennial. Height 30cm (12-18"). · Sow from last frost until August at ¼ inch depth. Germination temperature 20°C (68°F). · Germination should take place within 3 weeks. · If sowing in trays, prick out into small pots / trays until time to transplant or sow thinly direct into a nursery bed and thin out when large enough to handle to encourage strong plants.. · Keep weed free and moist during hot periods. (Note Wallflowers are susceptible to Club root in acid soils) · In autumn plants should be moved to their final flowering position for the following spring. Space plants approx 12 inches apart and pinch out growing tips to encourage bushy growth. · Plants should be removed at the end of spring once flowering has finished and replaced by annuals for succession of color. The plant may survive to the following year if pruned back heavily, but will look unsightly at first. Germination IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - Please note seed is a live product which depends on many important related grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, watering, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease free soil, and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. Although we do everything possible to get seeds to you in the best possible condition far exceeding legal requirements and will provide as much help as possible, these factors are totally outside of our control and once you receive the seeds its over to you.
