DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders will be packed securely and dispatched within one working day to the customers ebay/paypal address provided. We use a combination of Royal Mail and other couriers e.g. parcel force for delivery which is usually two working days after dispatch. However arrangements can be made to deliver products using faster services i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery / Parcelforce 24. This service will incur an extra charge depending on product and delivery address. Please contact us via e-bay if you require such a service.
A tracking number will be available for any orders that are dispatched using a recorded service e.g. Royal mail special Delivery etc, this can be obtained by contacting us via ebay.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost by the courier we will be more than happy to help our customers in making a claim from the courier. However we advise customers to take the optional postal insurance (available at check out) for their peace of mind. Please also check the parcel upon delivery and do not accept if visibly damaged.
Delivery charges advertised are for UK mainland delivery , If you are outside the region please contact us prior to placing an order.
The following surcharges are applied by couriers for the corresponding areas however may vary depending on parcel weight and courier service.
Additional £8 for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Additional £16 for Republic of Ireland
We can ship Internationally depending on product, please enquire.
RETURNS POLICY
In the event that an item gets damaged in transit or is genuinely faulty upon arrival, we will accept the item back and either issue a full refund or send a replacement (as required). Please contact us (via ebay) within 48 hours of delivery if you experience such an issue.
Please note items that have been used and are without original packing will NOT be accepted back unless they are under warranty.
You must contact us before sending the item back in case the issue can be resolved, if however it is required that the item needs sending back, please include your ebay user id and the item number with the return.
Customers will be responsible for returning unwanted items and refunds issued will exclude P&P charges.
Returns policy is applicable for 14-days after delivery.
A refund will be issued in the event of a replacement being unavailable.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The desired and safe method of payment is via Pay pal which can be easily set up at https://www.paypal.com , however we can also accept postal orders but do not accept cheque payments. When sending a postal order please include your details and the item number so we can process your dispatch without delay.
Goods will only be dispatched after payment gets cleared. Please note we do not accept card payments over the phone at present but will be introducing the facility at a later stage.
DISCOUNTS INFO
Please check periodically for any special offers and discounts, however when buying multiple items on the same order, a postage discount is usually available depending on product/parcel weight. If you require larger quantities please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote.
