WADE KODIAK BEAR - 1965 Highly Sought After VGC - RARE




WADE WHIMSIE KODIAK BEAR

VERY RARE

HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER

1965

  Wade kodiak bear is in very good condition.       

No chips cracks or restoration to my knowledge. 

  I have shown photographs to aid my description

 

Measurements 40mm x 25mm

(approx 1.50 inch tall x 1.15 inches wide)

 Dark Brown - honey face, chest and stomach

The wade kodiak bear is sought after as it never really went into production.   No-one seems to know who commissioned it.  It may have been a prototype model produced for the first Red Rose Tea premiums only to be rejected due to high production costs (its open arms needed more fettling).
