UK Customers - Postage & Packing is Free on this set within the United Kingdom and it will normally be dispatched by Recorded First Class Post. Heavier packages will be dispatched by Royal Mail parcels. In any event all packages will be dispatched by a signed for service.

The standard Royal Mail First Class Post service does include a limited amount of insurance cover (currently £39) and in the event of loss or damage we will pursue a claim on your behalf, though we give no guarantees as to the success of any claim. All taxes, customs and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We accept no liability for any charges incurred. Should the item be returned to us due to non-payment of import charges. We will issue a refund in accordance with our returns policy to the purchaser.

Returns: We will accept returned items providing they are returned in the same condition as dispatched and in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. We will levy a restocking/handling fee of 20% of the value of the item returned.
