A QUICK NOTE ABOUT VINTAGE CLOTHING:  All of our items are authentic vintage....which means in addition to being one-of-a-kind and special, they are also most likely at least 20 years old and previously worn.  We do our best to describe items and their condition as accurately as possible.  Please let us know if we have made a mistake, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  We'll be happy to work out a refund!

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA: One or two items ships for $10 to the US and CANADA unless otherwise noted (for heavy items). If you win three or more items then shipping is FREE. Most domestic shipments are sent parcel post and ALL United States shipments include delivery confirmation. Please contact us if you have additional shipping requests.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship worldwide! Single items such as dresses and tops generally ship for $15 outside the US and Canada. Additional items usually cost $2-$5 extra per item. However, due to the high cost of international shipping we must base the total cost on weight especially if the package is heavy. If you win 3 or more items we will give you a shipping discount but unfortunately we cannot offer a flat rate nor can we offer free shipping on international transactions.

PAYMENT: We gladly accept PayPal. Payment must be received within 5 days or your shipment may be delayed. Our auctions end several times a week, therefore we have a lot of orders going out and those who pay in a timely manner are the ones we ship out in a timely manner. Please contact us if it's going to take over 5 days. If we have not received payment or heard from you within 10 days we will file a non-paying-bidder claim and re-list the item.

RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund. However we cannot refund shipping costs. So please read the descriptions carefully. Look closely at the photographs and ask questions BEFORE you bid.

FEEDBACK: Feedback is the backbone of the eBay trust system and very important to us. We do our best to work with customers and are very quick to resolve issues. If you have any problems please contact us before posting neutral or negative feedback. Mistakes do happen from time to time and neutral/negative comments harm our feedback score and ultimately our business. We'd like to avoid this at all costs so let's work it out before it comes to that :)

MEASUREMENTS: The model you see, Jessamyn, is 5' 6", a modern size 0-2 US, 32-25-33. ALL items include measurements. This is the ONLY way to ensure a perfect fit. In the vintage world sizes can virtually mean nothing. A size 2 in a modern dress is not the same as a size 2 in 1950, 1960, 1970 or 1980. Sometimes we'll list the size stated on the label. But this can be deceiving. Plllleeeaase only trust the measurements. If you need help on how to take your measurements please email us and we'll be happy to assist you.

GENERAL: We use a color calibrated computer monitor for all our photography processing so all of our photos are as true to color as you can get. However, colors can vary drastically from computer to computer. So keep this in mind and ask questions if you're not sure. Also, calibrating your computer monitor will drastically improve your online shopping experience. Read your computer manual or contact a professional for more info on this... And please understand that we are an ONLINE store. Obviously you can't try on the clothing and sometimes how a dress looks on Jessamyn won't be how the dress looks on you. Sometimes we have to pin items to approximate how they would look on someone the same size as the dress we're selling. And in case we didn't mention it, ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MEASUREMENTS!
