Well hello there...

Thanks for looking at this fOUR iNCH bULDOG listing for Voodoo Lounge Custom Tattoo Designs- a Custom range we're over the moon to represent as a talent that Him'n'Her admire.  We're guessing you've landed here as you're looking for your perfect Tattoo Design, perhaps one that you've had in mind for a long, long time, or one that came to you just t'other day in a sudden flash of inspiration.  Well you've found us now, sit back and have a read, this could be the start of a work of creative genius. 

How it works

First things first, please send a message with your design/tattoo idea via ebay or by direct email at voodoolounge@fourinchbulldog.com.  It would be most helpful if you could include the following information:

a) Placement of Tattoo.

b) Rough sizes of Tattoo.

c) Photos of any existing tattoos the design is to work alongside, cover, extend etc

d) Ideas for images, colours etc (please feel free to email any inspirational tattoos or images, if it stands out to you for whatever reason, no matter how small  send it over- believe us it all helps).

e) Any information about the tattoo design and why you have decided to get it.  Again, this is all relevant in building the picture of you as a person and matching the design to your character and fulfilling the reasons you are getting it. 

f) How soon you need the design, bearing in mind the usual 45 day stated commission time.

  I'll put my thinking cap on, and having thought about your ideas, I will be in touch with further questions and/or information for you to mull over.  If it is not possible to give an exact quote at this stage, a rough figure will be given, but once the fundamentals are agreed a set price will be provided.  This price is for a Custom researched and hand drawn design, in depth email consultation throughout process, including photographic/scanned design updates, and final high quality colour copies of your design (including line copy where applicable) fully laminated.   Designs are paid for in £20 lots plus a £10 P&P, copying and laminating fee.  All designs are paid for in full before the design process goes to the next stage, or alternatively prices for individual stages can be agreed ie consultation, initial sketches, revised sketch, final design.

 If you have any images which inspired your idea, or just want to show me some things you like colour wise, style wise, images, pictures- no matter how small or if you think may be insignificant believe me it all helps.  A photograph of the area where your tattoo will go is often essential as I design to contours and as much to scale as possible.  Doesn't have to be anything flash, a mobile phone photo can do the trick! I will email you a clear description of how I would draw/develop your idea until we agree it.  When your happy with my thinking and suggestions I will begin the initial sketch, then scan/or photograph and email it to you to look over.  I may just send you emails at different stages as I feel relevant anyway, the more feedback and input off you the better! Likewise, email with any thoughts you have which may crop up- you'll find me very approachable! When the initial sketches are all agreed I will move onto the final colour version. This will then be copied and laminated for you.  This and the line drawing should allow for your Tattoo Artist to get straight on with your Tattoo without any alterations at all. 

A bit about the Artiste behind Voodoo Lounge Custom Tattoo Designs

 I began as an apprentice Tattoo Artist in 1998 and have been in the business for over 10 years now. I no longer work as a Tattoo Artist as sadly, and to cut a ong story short, a couple of Body Piercer's who were supposed 'business partners' (ahem) turned out to be dodgy crooks and had my eyes out- the cheeky little scamps. After two years of counting it was tipping well over £18,000 they owed me.  (Agonisng Aunty Muse I might contact you for some advice? Bit of a discount perhaps... No, thought not.  Never mind, Mary Amelia Rose has agreed to work her Gypsy magic-who'll have the last laugh) I am very passionate about a tattoos design and execution being somewhat of a perfectionist.  It's important to say- I design tattoos, not just nice drawings.  My work is a design taking into consideration all the elements which make a fantastic tattoo including size, placement, contours and clarity. 

 I have a special interest in correctional, camouflage, extension, re-work and cover-up tattoos and take great care and attention in providing my clients with the best objective advice.  I have a natural ability to relate to and empathise with my Clients being a sensitive caring soul. I am able to grasp their thoughts, get inside their ideas and interpret them into designs which are personal and meaningful to them. Such designs hold great interest to me, be it a subtle story, individual narrative, perhaps reflecting particular moments, events or even a persons life ethos.  Most importantly of all, I treat all Clients and Designs as important as the next, giving the Client and Design my full attention.
