Terms and conditions

All UK postage prices refer to the mainland UK only. There will be an additional surcharge for deliveries to any part of Ireland and other non mainland isles and Scottish highlands. If unsure, please contact us in advance to confirm actual postage costs.                              

Shipping

We use a well known tracked courier service. All items can be tracked to your door using the parcel reference number which can be provided if required. Your item cannot be lost. We assume no liability for damage incurred in transport unless insurance is taken by the buyer. Unfortunately insurance is £6.95 which is what the courier company charges us. If insurance is taken, we will claim from the courier company on your behalf.  It is extremely rare that an item gets damage but the additional insurance is available should you require it.

Returns

We will be happy to refund you for an item if it is deemed to be significantly not as described. We do not accept returns on used parts and accessories. You are free to inspect any item prior to purchase. In the advent of an item being damaged in transit, the onus is on the buyer to return the item to us, so that we can make an insurance claim on your behalf, if insurance was taken.

Our feedback is left fully automatically via computer software, like for like. Do contact us before leaving any neutral or negative feedback as we are sure we can help or advise in the advent of a problem.
