Written by Nick Brownlee and published in 2007, this little book contains fascinating snippets of information about all the Tours since the first one in 1903. Some of the stories are laugh out loud - others are sad, but all are equally fascinating.

For instance Anquetil is quoted as saying the best way to prepare for the Tour is with a good woman and a bottle of champagne!

The book itself has a soft cover with a couple of very small blemishes and a small tear in the top front. It also has a rather apt dedication inside the front cover from the author!
