Standard Delivery is using a Overnight Parcel Carrier Service. We reserve the right to use the Royal Mail to dispatch smaller items to remote areas. 

Delivery Charges cover Mainland England, Wales and Scotland upto and including AB36. Extra charges will be incurred for other Scottish area's and UK Off Shores. Higher courier charges will apply to all rugs above 150x240cm (As below). Smaller rugs can be sent Via Royal Mail with no additional charges.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and alway's welcome any comments on our levels of service or our products. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

Note: Whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce images of our products, different monitor settings can have an effect on the appearance of colours. We will accept refunds on incorrect colour shades, but they will not be deemed to be faulty. Most photography is taken using a 120x170cm (approx) rug. Variations in design will occur on smaller/larger sizes.

Returns Policy ?

If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm acceptance of your return, you must securely package your purchase and return it at your expense within 7 working days. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the rug we will issue a refund less the delivery charges.

In the unlikely event that a rug is delivered damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase. If on arrival the packaging is damaged, please ensure that it is marked on the courier’s delivery note, as we are unable to pursue any claims against them if the delivery was marked received in good condition.

Once notified of damages or faults we will arrange for our courier to collect your purchase and a replacement or full refund will be issued once the rug has been received and inspected.
