Vintage pretty design high neck lace collor from around the 1900's, it measures along the neckline 15 inches (38cm) long the collor stands 1&1/2 inches (3cm 8mm) high around the neck, the part that comes down from the neck measures 8&1/4inches (21cm) deep.  It is in good vintage condition and looks unused,  it has  been stored so could do with a light launder.
