Found this lovely old charm in jewellery box at family home I'm clearing due to bereavement. Don't know where Mum got it from as she never went to Lourdes but this is gorgeous and vintage.

Measures half inch roughly and has two depictions. Front has side profile of Mary, blue enamel. Back has Grotto scene. No hallmarks. Loop for wearing.
