This auction is for a distinctive vintage Volendam Holland Pewter spoon.

The bowl of the "Folk Art" spoon has a scene of three people of Volendam wearing traditional clothing, the words Volendam & Holland can also be seen. The ornate handle is topped by a depiction of two storks.

On the rear of the handle can be seen a cartouche, inside which is an angel surrounded by small circles..... we are assuming this to be the maker's mark.

 It measures approx 8.5" in total length with the bowl measuring approx 3.25" x 2.25".

***Please note that this item IS vintage & has tarnishing in places.....we do not feel that this detracts from the appeal of this lovely piece***
