 A wonderful 1890's Victorian outfit in silver,black,white. Main skirt and then a second skirt of wonderful black sheer and ruffles,with matching jacket,very Steampunk! (can be worn seperate over another petticoat if you wanted)The 2 skirts are strong and wearable the underskirt has a large mark,that may wash out, but is hard to see with that sheer overskirt. Jacket is strong, some tiny holes,the main problem is where the white silk in front, and cuffs, has shattered,this would be a fairly easy replacement for a descent seamstress.Jacket has 11 pieces of boning, skirts are pin back.
