A Vintage "Tala" Flour Dredger in a Good Condition.

The Flour Dredger often called a Flour Sifter, Flour Sieve or Flour Shaker is made from pressed tin-plated pressed steel.

It measures approximately 5 inches in diameter and stands 5.25 inches tall. The handle measures 4.5 inches by 2.5 inches.

The idea is to pour some flour into the top of the dredger then with by squeezing the handle several times perfectly sifted flour drops out of the bottom.

I have one of these in my kitchen and it is a great little tool. Made in England by the "Tala" company it does the job it was made for admirably!

An original item with a classic look that will work well for many years to come.

All-in-all a beautiful period piece of kitchenalia that would sit well in any kitchen.

Ideal for any retro kitchen or country cottage.
