Full refunds on auction items will only be given if an item is damaged or flawed.  I endeavour to carry out quality control checks before items are dispatched but if, however, the item is found to be faulty please notify me immediately and return the item within 7 days of receipt.  Items returned for refund must be returned unworn and complete with all tags and packaging intact.  Returns should be by the same postal service used for sending the item (1st Class 'Signed For' delivery).  Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances but will be subject to an administration charge and less postage and packing.
