Vintage Retro Cotton 'Cosy' Quilt.

Up for auction is this super, retro, vintage, cotton, 'Comfy', 'Cosy' or Durham type, quilt, with pink roses, black and white checks and plain pink areas, with a stylish diamond design. It is most likely from the 1940s.

This shabby chic quilt is in  good condition and measures approximately 70" by 87", 178cms by 221cms.  The photo shows it on a double bed. There are a couple of small (approx 1") tears which could easily be fixed.

This exquisite quilt will make a beautiful addition to any vintage textile collection.
